What you receive
Reported SEC financial facts, fiscal-period comparisons, source links and labelled reading notes through the website and supported ChatGPT connection. The current snapshot covers 1,000 companies and is dated 3 October 2026. Updates are manual, with no automatic refresh schedule. There are 15 reviewed reading notes across five filings; other periods are marked as not reviewed. Coverage is a research selection, not an index membership list or investment ranking. Results show dates, units, accounting definitions, missing fields and review status.
This is general financial research. It provides no live quotes, forecasts, personalized buy/sell recommendations, investment management or trade execution, and connects to no brokerage account. Verify figures in linked SEC filings and consider fiscal calendars and accounting definitions. No financial outcome is promised.
Preview and paid access
Until checkout is enabled, the website is a public research preview. Browsing, registering or connecting does not create a paid subscription. Once checkout is available, a subscription is created only after you expressly confirm a paid order; access starts when payment is verified.
Paid service requires your purchase account, internet access and a current browser. The ChatGPT connection also requires your own ChatGPT account, a supported connection and availability under OpenAI’s rules. Any ChatGPT subscription is separate and not included in our price. Anonymous preview access can end when paid access is activated.
One plan: $9 USD per month
You pay $9 USD at the start of each monthly period, including applicable tax. The subscription automatically renews and charges $9 USD every month until you cancel. There is no trial, separate Pro tier or annual commitment. Checkout shows the charge and recurring terms before confirmation. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or other fees; FilingLantern does not charge those fees.
Stripe processes payment. Use the same account for purchase and access. A checkout redirect alone does not prove payment; contact support if a verified payment does not enable access. Your account on the billing page provides a downloadable confirmation of the subscription terms you accepted. Payment failures, refunds or disputed payments can restrict access while status is resolved. You retain the right to dispute an incorrect charge and request a human review.
Cancel future renewals
Sign into your purchase account, open Manage billing, and cancel in the portal before the next renewal. There is no cancellation fee. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless you withdraw and receive a refund.
If the account or portal is unavailable, email fmajchrzak.ai@gmail.com with a clear cancellation request and the purchase email or receipt reference. Uninstalling the app, disconnecting it or deleting a forum profile does not cancel the subscription.
First-payment refund and withdrawal
Request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the initial purchase, without giving a reason, even if you used the service. We make no usage deduction. A timely request cancels the subscription; paid access ends when withdrawal is processed. Refunds are manual, to the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of a qualifying request. Bank processing may take additional time.
Use Withdraw from contract here to submit a withdrawal or refund request online. After submission you can download an unchanging text confirmation with the request identifier, receipt time and your statement. Save it for your records. It confirms receipt, not that a refund has already been issued; requests are handled manually and no automatic email is promised.

This voluntary policy does not restart on monthly renewal. Later renewals have no voluntary refund for unused time. Statutory withdrawal, non-conformity, unauthorized-payment and other mandatory rights remain available where applicable. Starting access during the first 14 days does not require you to waive those rights.
Problems, changes and rights
Email complaints to fmajchrzak.ai@gmail.com, identifying the issue and purchase where relevant. For complaints governed by Polish consumer law, we respond on a durable medium, such as email, within 14 days unless another statutory deadline applies. Applicable rights to correction, a price reduction, termination and a refund are preserved if the service is not supplied or does not match the contract. General enquiries have no guaranteed response time.
We may correct errors and maintain the service. Necessary service and security updates do not make the snapshot live data. Material contract changes and charge changes require the notice and consent required by law; posting new terms alone does not authorize a higher charge. If we discontinue paid service, renewals stop and we refund prepaid time we cannot supply, subject to mandatory rights.
Use the service lawfully: do not access other users’ records, misuse credentials or disrupt it. Errors and interruptions can occur; contact us for correction or a remedy. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights, liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They impose no mandatory arbitration and waive no access to competent courts.
Polish law governs without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers can seek help from their consumer body or applicable alternative dispute-resolution scheme; legally required participation is preserved. See privacy and optional community rules.
